How long does delivery take in France?

Standard delivery is 2–4 business days across metropolitan France. Express (24h) is available at checkout for €12.90.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship across the EU, UK, Switzerland and Norway. Delivery is 3–7 business days depending on destination.
Are all products authentic?

Every single product on BMKsports is 100% authentic, direct-sourced from the brand or an authorised distributor. If we can't guarantee authenticity, we don't stock it.
How do I return an item?

You have 10 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging. Start a return from your account or via our contact form — we'll email you a prepaid label.
Do you offer size exchanges?

Yes. Return the wrong size for free and we'll ship the replacement at no extra cost within France.
How do I use a discount code?

Enter your code in the 'Discount code' field on the cart page and click Apply. Codes cannot be combined and can't be applied to sale items unless stated.
How do I know the stock status?

Every product page shows real-time stock. If an item is marked 'Out of stock', tap Notify Me and we'll email you as soon as it's back.
